Stonehenge

Several years ago, Maureen and I had the opportunity to spend some time in England researching her family history. While searching records in the little town of Brinkworth, Wilshire County, we decided to take a time out and visit nearby Stonehenge. It was a rainy day, but we had so much fun. It is a remarkable place … so majestic and mysterious. When we got home, I blocked in this little painting, but for some reason, never finished it. The other day, I was reorganizing my studio and came upon it. My resolve to complete it was renewed and finally, here it is! Hope you enjoy it.
