Description of Saints at Chimney rock

Crossing the plains in the mid-1800’s was a long, arduous, and dangerous experience. Many died along the way. This is a piece I did for This the Place Heritage Park in SLC, Utah for their new Pioneer Welcome Center exhibit and media presentation. I am always humbled when I try to put on canvas these pioneer experiences. I have great respect and gratitude for them and all that they did for us.
