Night Lights

My friend, a fine photographer, snapped some photos looking down over Salt Lake City at night from the hills north of the capitol. She gave me permission to use her photo as reference for this piece. I thoroughly enjoyed creating it. This sort of painting was definitely out of my comfort zone, but I sure learned a lot and had fun in the process.
