Forget Me Not Blues

We live along the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains here in Utah. One of our frequent visitors are these mountain blue birds. This is one of a four piece set of paintings depicting the local birds we see in our yard each summer. The brilliant blue of the feathers and the dainty blue of the forget me nots tie this piece together.
